Welcome to Megusta Travel LLC ("Megusta Travel," "we," "us," or "our"). By using https://megustatravel.com (the "Site") or engaging our travel advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
Megusta Travel is a travel advisory agency. We research, recommend, and arrange travel services — such as cruises, resorts, tours, flights, and related experiences — provided by third-party suppliers. We act as an intermediary between you and those suppliers; the travel services themselves are delivered by the suppliers under their own terms and conditions, which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.
Florida Seller of Travel
Megusta Travel LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. TI117642, pursuant to Florida Statute 559.927. You may verify any Florida seller of travel through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to text messages from Megusta Travel LLC through the chat widget on our Site, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Marketing messages are sent only if you select the separate, optional marketing consent checkbox; consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Prices, availability, itineraries, and promotions are set by suppliers and may change until your booking is confirmed and paid per the supplier's terms. Deposits, payment schedules, change fees, and cancellation penalties are governed by each supplier's policies, which we will communicate to you before you book. We strongly recommend travel insurance and can provide options upon request.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Passports, visas, health documentation, and entry requirements are the sole responsibility of each traveler. We are not able to provide legal, visa, or immigration advice. Verify requirements for every destination on your itinerary through official sources such as https://travel.state.gov and the relevant embassies or consulates.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megusta Travel LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our control, including weather, mechanical issues, government actions, strikes, or public health events. Our total liability arising out of our services shall not exceed the planning fees actually paid to Megusta Travel LLC for the affected booking.
Site Use & Intellectual Property
The Site's content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Megusta Travel LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
